I need assistance on the following errors that come up during calibration:
Warmup SD/Mean is out of range
warm-up HPF(ratio) is out of range.
Error in vector check.
Error in SD/Mean
Error in HPF.
This could be something as simple as having contrast on the scan window and as complex as an issue with your DAS/Detector. It makes sense to start simple. You should remove the mylar window and try your calibration again. If it still fails wipe down the detector face and inspect the collimator to make sure there is no debris or obstruction. Try your calibration again (without mylar window installed). If it still fails, we will probably need to have a phone discussion.
YOU MUST TO CLEAN THE MYLAR OR REMOVE ANY OBSTRUCTION ON THE XRAY PATH. IF YOU HAVE A CLEAN MYLAR THEN YOU MUST TO CHECK THE DETECTOR OR DAS, CHECK THE POWER SUPLIES, FUSES AND RUN DAS DIAGNOSTICS JUST TO SEE IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY CAM BD BAD.
Check your bow tie filter,
Check any foreign bodies between tube and detector including collimator.
Take backup of cal files and perform calibration including Qcal.
