I'm working on a GE CTe that uses igbt toshiba MG 400Q1S41(EP). I need to buy both but I do not find MG 400Q1S41(EP) in my country.
Here, I found MG 400Q1S41 "without (EP)" Does anyone know the difference between the two models?
Can I replace MG400Q1S41(EP) with MG40OQ1S41 ??
Is there any other substitute (Semikron, Mitsubishi) or any other that I could use ??

You should be able to reviewing the data sheets it does not show any code after the s41 possible a county or manufacturing code.
