We have a ct/e problem. Booting is okay but when we try tube warm up or daily calibration we get the following errors:
Gantry error code 13-1002-01 and
XG error phase is 3 code 40 40-0106H
We checked the cables between rotation board and tube.. but nothing
The rotation board leds are okay
Could it be the tube (stator fault)? because it has been arcing for a while now.

Hello everybody
