I've found an error when providing maintenance into this equipment, as texted below:
XG Error phase is 4 code is 50. detail error code : 50-0204H Heater Error: Open circuit (HW detected)
XG Error phase is 3 code is 50. detail error code : 50-0204H Heater Error: Open circuit (HW detected)
XG Error phase is 2 code is 50. detail error code : 50-0204H Heater Error: Open circuit (HW detected)
Does someone know how to solve this?

Well this might be bad news for your tube. So, I think you can make the way short and call your tube supplier.
- the problem also could be bad HV cable or bad pin contact, but if the system was working ok and no body touch it, i guess it is bad tube, because this is permanent open in the filament. you can use the meter to double check.
But as I said your tube is out.

check the tube filament, if it is ok then check the HT transformer windings going to tube.
both are highly suspected, otherwise replace the filament control board.
