After switching On, GE CT/e, we noticed error " System found back dated. All FlexTrial Options are uninstalled. User can no longer use these options".
The system booted up normally after that but the system date was backdated.
I think this error error was due to CMOS battery. Please adv. whether we need to change the battery. If yes, please adv,. whether the date needs to be updated only in date settings or in BIOS as well.

Hello, Ashu! You need to replace a battery on the computer. The battery type is CR2032. It is simple the computer battery. After replacing you should set the current date and time.

You can change the date in BIOS or in system. There is no difference

If your system is IRIX based, you can do it clicking Reconfigure
