we are encountering a problem.we have a machine with octane 6.5 version and performix tube ge ct/i. the problem is during helical scan the machine will pause and give a message of "cannot bring the rotor in 50 seconds" then it will pause.when we resume it will continue the scan. we cannot do a contrast because it will send a message of the one i mentioned above. using axial we dont encountered that message. what is the problem all about.thanks
Check your tube spit counter. If the number is increasing, clean all the HV connections. If the problem continues replace the small circuit bd. mounted on the top of the cathode HV transformer.
