I have problems with CTi Hispeed:scan hardware reset failed. Gantry doesn't initialize as should be. It is on but when the console is stared an reach : OC initializing, can't reset gantry.
I already check in other system SBC, HDD & software, LAN & tranceiver, STC (CPU Heurikon, AX CONTROL& RPSCOM) and also ETC everything is ok. If anybody has an idea,what should I check, please let me know. Thank you

So if you cannot reset the Gantry , but the OC console stays at the application level , that means you have no communication from the SBC board to the LAN brds on the ETC or on the STC which communicate with OBC ( RCOM board). Can you record the errors on the log and then check where stops the communication ..You need first to login to sbc with the command cu sbc and then type the password and then type ping etc , ping obcr , then ping stc and check which of the commands done separatly hangs ..
I will come to you this evening because i am traveling to day..Please send me all the errors
