My GE CTi Indigo gets a booting issue: when it is turned to on, it hangs up (screen blacked) after the screen shows all the error message about "insight" directory. But if I unplug the cable which goes to the Serial Porter Expander, the Indigo can always boot normally. With this cable plugged, I also found if I unplug the SP3 on the Serial Porter Expander, the Indigo can boot up normally.
Any one know the reason? Kindly please help.
