Ook, sorry for not reading it on the original post. Well, if you already tried checked the cam boards and tried everything discussed in this post, then the only two others things i can think of is: 1st the collimator may have trouble, check that when you set up an aperture it is the actual one you choose, you can also try a series of scan with diferent aperture to check if the trouble is with one specific. 2nd it is most unlikely, but if the tube moved enough that when you take an exposure and the radiation doesn't cover the whole detector, you could have a similar error with the fastcal and could still do the warmup. Wish you luck, and plz, when you found the problem post the solution, thanks

what we did is we check the tube por and it pass. we already remove and check the collimator and visually check and put it back and realligned.i think it is good.by the way we are using a G5 collimator. Now we did a test using detailed calibration and test. we use the parameters air and 120kv.then choose different aperture starting from 1mm 3mm 5mm 7mm and 10mm.one by one it failed and it only shows an error of detailed calibration error. please help

I would go into service , diagnostics, run dastools. You can find results in cd /usr/g/service/state and more the dastools.hist file

so it doesnt matter if i use the ig board of the rpig? because when i run the reconfig the ig board is a lower revision and the software it use is for rp type ctscan. so the problem is not coming from the ig board
