Sir today when we performed a scan of axial at 120kv and 200mA so an error appeared scanner hardware stopped scan what should be the reason and when i saw the error log so the error was what should i do further to solve this problem and second problem is that when i make a scan on axial it contains ring artifacts solution to this will also be appreciated

Check the power supplay of the sensor,one time it happen to me,was 1 capacitor blowed,check 5 volts

Sir i can you please locate me the section in manual that which one power supply it is and another thing is that during scan scanning hardware stoped scan message appears and then in error log this kind of error appears i have posted anode over curren etc i have replaced HV tanks but still same problem
