are you sure of the error codes or did you i do not find them as you wrote but find a 061/000 and 063/006. this is almost always due to the +5 volt supplybeing either low or being loaded down have you friend measure the supply at the ganrty CPU TP110 to TP111.
do you have it at the generator interface board? if not check fuse F1 on the generator command board.

GE DMR Plus Error E04 and E13 occured

Good day.
Our GE DMR Plus has an error E04 063/000 Arm fatal error and E13 061/006 Generator communication failure occured during power up sequence.
Basic power supply has been checked and in specification.
At The Gantry CPU board all the LED indicator was off.
What could be the possible suspect?
