Hi I keep getting error code E003 rotor failure 017/004 can someone give me a hand on this matter I have changed just about every board that is realted to this issue.

Is the stator making noises? do you get the error @ CC and MLO?

Did you ohm out the rotor(stator) cabling to check for continuity?

Hello can you check the rotor board in the generator unit , and check all fuses , or the xray tube its bad.good luck .
