GE FXi ERROR CODE

Our positioning lights on the scanner could not come on and the CT refused to scan. Error message is :TGP TASK TIME OUT. Then it displays XG ERROR.
Any help is most appreciated.

your generator is detecting a problem with x-ray need to send the error that has after the xg error to determine if you have a low ma over ma, over kv or under kv problem, ir the rotor is turning, can you hear the tube prepare to do x-ray, can you hear the generator do some thing,???? please advise mor information or call us to 3033042719

Thanks Veronica.The error: 1)GANTRY ERROR CODE: 13-1002-17. Error detected by TGP(GP)driving power of servo amp is out of specification.
2)GANTRY ERROR CODE:13-1002-04 .Error detected by : TGP servo amp alarm is detected.

You need to be clear, if the error is from XG or SVAmp.
