GE HISPEED ADVANTADE RP Scanning subsystem problem

Hello Guys
I have a problem in the GE Hispeed Advantage RP CT Scanner. The boots up properly. But while performing tube warmup or normal scans the message prompts "There is a problem in the scanning subsystem".
Although the hardware reset successful prompt appears during boot up.
Can any body give me the reason of this problem and its solution.
Shall wait for the reply from experienced engineers.

What is your error log stating? Look through your error logs to see what is happening during the system startup. See if somethings is not communicating.
