3. Wiring incorrect
(shorted)
-Check wiring from rotation board
to tube.
-Troubleshoot tube windings
-Replace Rotation board
ERROR 60-0316H:
Description:kV control has detected the number of tube spits during exposure has reached the limit.
Cause: Faulty X-ray Tube
ERROR 40-0107H:
Description: An overcurrent has been detected and 3 restart have been tried unsuccessfully within a single rotation state.
Cause: Faulty Rotation Board, Tube Stator Winding short circuit.
RECOMMENDATION:
- Check cabling from rotation board to tube
- perform a NO LOAD test to isolate the cause
- troubleshoot tube windings
- Check anode HV cable
It looks like you have a shorted tube windings....and possibly a bad rotation board.

GE Hispeed CT Error Code: 40 - 0107H Rotation Error

Hello, GE hispeed NXi pro CT Scan machine When We try to calibration or Tube warmup or any scan we got the following errors:
XG Error: Phase is 5 code is 60
Detail Error Code 60-0316H
Exposure Error: Spit Max Error
we got the following error:
XG Error, Error: Phase is 2 code is 40
Detail Error Code 40-0107H
Exposure Error: Rotation error: Rotation Inverter permanent overcurrent
I will appreciate any help that could be provided.

To check the Stator, measure the resistance. Normal problem of probably the cable.
