In need of the software for a GE hispeed dual. It was running ver. 4.5 and from what I understand it can accept upto ver. 5.5 but after that I need to change several EPROMS.
System has been down for 2 month so any help would be greatly appreciated ( ie willing to compensate..)
Hello, I don;t understand your problem. Have you lost yor software? Will the system boot. Please provide a detailed problem statement and I will try to help.
the system crashed last year and they reloaded the SW. it crashed again but now they cannot find the SW or the backup. it was running 4.5 I sent down a copy of 5.5 but it did not work. my understanding is that anything from 4.5 to 5.5 should work. after that EPROM would need to be replaced...any help would be great as the system has been down for 4 months now.

Yes my client lost their SW ( and back ups). I need to reload from cold. can you assist?
