We have just installed a hispeed dx/i, booting is ok but gantry does not respond. Error was oc command has no response from gantry. We checked all cabling and connections and they are ok, emergency stops and emergency reset doesn't work. RMT CONT ASSY was also replaced but still problem was not resolved. Contactors K2, K3 at PDU are not energized upon start up. Could you tell us the power up sequence? Any suggestions? tnx.
You need to check the cable going to J2 in the PDU very closely. The K2/K3/K5 relays are all related only to Gantry Table power. Make sure that your PDU was not originally wired for an external E-stop as well.
