After a power cut which occurred during the middle of a scan, the OC is showing the following error message: "IRIX killed due to Memory Error in DIMM slot 4 at Physical Address 0xa42af00" Any clues will be appreciated!
Hello Luis,
It's simple, the memory slot on motherboard of O2 computer is bad. Change dim (ram) on that slot or remove 3 and 4th both slot ram as they work in pair only.

Remove the MEMORY RAM in the DIIM SLOT 4 xD..? replace it
