During routine scanning after first three slices a message appeared ("Scanner Hardware Stopped Scan. Wait 37 Seconds")and after which the machine didn't scan at all. What could have gone wrong?

System reports some problem about hardware, but I need details of message, please sent me error message details. Can you continue by turn off/on 550V and loop switches ( 3 switch at the right side of gantry cover) and hardware reset after that?? Is there any noise at gantry room or any error led lits on axil servo??
You either have a high voltage problem or a data collection problem. You need to look at the error log and see what side of the system is being blamed for the error.

The HiSpeed RP delay is probably an initial tube cooling error due to the HV shutdown. Now, you need to diagnos ethe actual failure.
