GE HiSpeed fails in the following startup tests:
hinv test: error
NPR Test: error
The system gets ready and make scans without any problem.
What do those errors stand for?How can we get rid of these errors?
Another warning that comes when the system is startup up is:
" Your default host name is not in the Network List. Please select a different host or add your default host name to the list of remote hosts in the network feature of the browser.
Hosts not in the AIM list: SCP"
How can we reach the network feature of the browser to do what the warning says?
The hinv just means that is a hardware inventory error. This is being caused by the NPR failure. Replace the NPR and his may also solve your network issue.
No, I am not installing anything. Actually, I am not familiar with GE CT terminology. What does NPR stand for?

try to renconfig and click accept hinv will solve but maybe npr still error, i also have similar problem, if you solved it email me : technical.otto@gmail.com

You must make the correct configuration on NPR nest. Are you installing a new system disk?

Config file may be corrupt. Run reconfig. Otherwise you may have a bad nprs but I wouldn't expect normal scanning if that was the case.
