Hello colleagues!
I have a problem with angiography GE innova 3100.
When I start to move the detector elevator from 120 cm down, the motion detector is interrupted at 118 and 116 cm. MCB board in the cabinet reboot after 5-10 seconds after that I re-push the button down and the detector continues to move down without any problems.
Problem occurs precisely when the detector will stand at the top of the maximum point of 120 cm for 2-3 minutes and when it begins to move down. When I move the detector constantly up and down, it does not stop
There are always same errors:1050120,1050045,1050049, 10500003.
I tried to change the MCB board together, i changed new potentiometer, i changed the used motor with an encoder, but that all does not help, and everything remains unchanged.
Please help!
2.Make sure that the 24V supply voltage is present on the Brake input.
3.If voltage correct, check the Brake
4.If voltage is not OK, check the 24V power distribution
5.If the problem persists, check the FRT Lift axis MCB board
