Ct done successfully several exams few days ago and on the scout of new patient there was message Scanner hardware stopped scan and error was PPC board communication Watch Dog with Rotation board popped up because it did not get reply from Rotation board.
When I checked gentry, two fuses on inverter were blown I change them and new error was 260100093 PDU HVDC Buss Fault Status.
The HVDC did not charge correctly in the alotted time.
Threshold 1: - 200V in 200ms
Threshold 2: = 500V in 1.2s.
Possible causes: HVDC Cable Short Circuit, SlipRing, or Jedi Inverter.
I can’t do any test, no load kv, short inverter test because I get message unable to turn on hvdc…
Then:
1. I changed inverter with hv tank - same error
2.Check and clean slip ring - same error
3.Change whole pdu - same error
If somebody know what can be the issue, please tell me.
1-Verify you have all 3 phases of power to the pdu fuses. 2- there should be a test switch on the PDU control board used to test the HVDC, in manual(on) it will bring in the HVDC relays and bring up the 550vdc buss. The older PDU's had a switch to drop the voltage to 50vdc so you could test the inverters for a short. You should monitor this voltage and see if it passes the time requirements listed in your error. If it passes, recheck it by bring up the HVDC at the console by starting a scout scan. If that doesn't check good disconnect the HVDC buss at the power brush block and test again using the test switch. work your way to the inverter. There are some filters on the buss in the gantry at the slip ring.
Good luck.
Check the breaker under the right side of the bottom of the gantry as looking from the table side. There is a breaker in the middle that can also be tripped and can trip during HV errors.

Hello !
I have problem with mine Ge lightspeed 16 ct.

At the end we solved problem today, it was bad AUX box, only thing leading us to that was red light inside…
