I'm facing with problem on Ge lightspeed 16 ct. When ct stopped appearing error was: (80-0180)Rotation board communication problem. PPC board communication Watch Dog with Rotation board popped up because it did not get reply from Rotation board.
Checked whole system and found that to fuses in inverter blown, then try ct and new error appear:

PDU HVDC Buss Fault Status. The HVDC did not charge correctly in the alotted time. Threshold 1: > 200V in 200ms Threshold 2: > 500V in 1.2s. Possible causes: HVDC Cable Short Circuit, SlipRing, or Jedi Inverter.
1.I try to do shorted inverted test but can't start it because of message hvdc unable to turn on.Also same with no kv test.
2.Then changed inverter and hv tank - same error
3.Change brushes and clean slip ring - same error.
4.Change PDU - same error.
If someone have advice please help, it becomes very annoying.
Hi,
Start with basics, check input voltages on the PDU breaker. Can you confirm if there are more than 600VDC coming out of PDU. If not then check the three phase Rectifier and the Magnetic contactors if they are making the contacts properly.
An easy thing to check is the breaker that is in the bottom of the CT. It is under the covers on the bottom of the right side of the pan as looking from the table. There is a breaker down there that can trip during HV errors. Good Luck
