Ge lightspeed 64 CT fibre Optic Sync error

Ho all WE are servicing a ce lightspeed CT scanner now WE had a problem with the vdip board. After replacement WE got communication problem between the darc unit and thé gantry. Error message says timeout waiting for optimal Sync; link1(no Sync) link2 ( no Sync) bsr=0x1007. Any advice/suggestion will be appreciated Thank
