Hi, I need some advice on this one, the system aborts scan everytime, and there are these errors in the error log:

Function: XRAY GENERATION: Tube Rotor Control
Unable to bring up rotor due to acceleration interval constraint
Helical scan
Remaining time: 82 seconds
- Error: 260118192
Host: orp
Function: No system function reported
Jedi detected open filament circuit.
- Error: 260118363
Host: orp
Function: No system function reported
Rotor timers:
Rotor Off Delay Rem(mS): 0
Rotor On Delay Rem(mS): 0
Filament Off Delay Rem(mS):0
Filament On Delay Rem(mS): 0
Let me know what you guys think, I believe is the tube.
On Siemens scanners this problem can be caused by the generator control board. It's called a d400 in those scanners. I am just learning the light speed but I am sure they also have a similar control board. How many scan seconds are on the tube and what is the normal life on these light speed scanners
Disconect HV Cable from HV Tank and check resistance on the X-Ray Tube side small and large focus (between cmd and S & L connection). I think that you find open circuit - bad x-ray tube, replace it. If result is about 4 Oms the tube is OK and you have othere case.
Hi Francisco!. Sound like a tube failure. Follow the Dzmitry Ramanchuk troubleshooting. I'm sure the problem is the tube, even if the filaments are OK.

Tube has failed or rotor control (aux box) not likely though.
How old is tube or how many exams? Likely tube rotor bearings are bad. Was the rotor louder than normal before failure?

Hi Syl, its the original tube 2007, the rotor wasn't noisy at all, just stopped scanning.
