Hi everybody, need your help & opinion related with GE LightSpeed QX/i H2 gantry type CT machine.
Here is the problem. A month ago a machine start to give Scan Hardware Stop error while the gantry rotating. I did Diagnostic Data Collection for XRAY ON&OFF on static mode it was ok but for ROTATING for XRAY ON&OFF it was giving an error. after i clean up the sliprings and brushes. Also i have try to swap the ARTESTYN and LSCOM boards between STC and OBC. After swapping the boards i did from UTILITIES menu Download Flash. It passes successfully. But now i face with another issue. While making a tube warm up Scan Hardware is stopping when i look to log error i got error 183158. "Pilot Relays on I/O board closed,pilot rely in PDU Energized.Voltage sensed by rotor control board=67V" I have checked all the fuses and contactors on PDU they are ok. Also i have realize that the switches SW1(MAN_HVDC) and SW2 (HV_TEST)are flipped to normal position but the led DS23(HV_TEST) is ON. No red leds are ON on PDU. Any idea about this issue. Thanks a lot
A led indicating a test condition that remain on after the switch is in normal position indicate a logic fault. This board or some commanded hardware that force the led to remain on is the most probably caus. I do not know this sistem yet
