Hi friends, I have the following problem in LightSpeed 3.x, when I want to make a shot I get the following error:
N° 183340 The rotor control board has detected HVDC Bus voltage when none expected. HVDC bus voltage: 685V Expected: 0V Limit: 24V
Clearly I have a voltage that is not correct in the HVDC bus. I checked the HERMC fuses and they are ok, where can I go from here?
If it's saying 685V found and 0 expected, is not your fuses or supply. You have voltage when voltage was not expected. I would try to check the rotor control, do a rotor diagnostic.
Thanks for your response, when I ran the rotor diagnosis I got the same fault. This morning I realized the following: when I reset it from the gantry, the KXG PDU contactor remains energized and, I believe, is the one that only hits when x-rays are emitted. I'm going to try to replace it and see what happens.
The HVDC Bus is the power for all Xray-related supply; it comes on when you go scan. Otherwise, remains off.
You can easily check with voltmeter if message really happens. You can do that at rotor module, PDU, even Slip Ring.

When done, please share findings to proceed.
