Hi!
On computed tomography GE Lightspeed VCT when I drop a table at the moment when I release the button or pedal a table immediately not stop and goes down in about 3 centimeters. In the error log:
error 260134707 Elevation could not stop with stop command. If table is moving downward, check valve.
Which valve should be changed: Proportional Valve or Shut Off Valve? Or it may have to do something else?
The problem is that the Proportional Valve needs adjusting/replacing. Follow the procedure in the service manual to adjust the valve, careful not to turn the adjusting screw more than 20 degrees at a time. If you cannot get the table elevation down into spec - then I would replace the valve.

verify or replace your elevation encoder. i had similar problem with this.
