Hi all,
I have a logiq 3 machine showing the following error. "There is no valid license on this system. Enter a valid key below ( Hw Id : 0xFFFFFFFF). How to come out from this error? Please help

Yes Brian, I have tried reloading the software in the same HDD. After the completion of application software loading, a dialog box appears showing this error

Hi, Sahal!
If you haven't a service dongle, use a bootable usb/cdrom source (Hirens, for example), to reach the HDD partitions, to create the following file:
C:\serialno.txt
(or, reinstall the Ghost, create the file, and install the App SW).
Inside of it, declare the exact system s/n to match its tag, on the back of primary power supply.
Reboot the system, and check if message is gone.
Have in hand the License Keys equipment might have, they will need to enable its features.

You need to enter the license for this machine.
If you open the left side cover you might find a sticker with the code or a case with the cd and a photo with the code.If not you need to contact GE.

The serial number is contained in EEprom on ACI board.
You need to reprogram it with a special utility from Windows unless the board is defective or Your connection is wrong.
