I have one L5 pro BT05 but when i loaded the base and application software, a screen which asks for software license popped up. when i had entered the correct s/w license, the pop up screen showed "Your s/w license does not match with hardware ID" the hardware ID was 00xxFFFFFF. Has anyone got the solution??... Help me asap.. thanks in advance.
The Hardware ID integrated circuit (8-pin EEPROM that records the equipment s/n) is located on rear panel board. You need to check if the serial number matchs your equipment. Go to Windows and run the "PC2IPIIC.EXE". This execution file is in "C:\Jupiter\target\bin" directory. Write the correct s/n if needed.

regarding this problem;just try to reload your base software then under windows environment, you have to open the notepad & type the serial no. of your machine then save it..type this file name; serialno.txt
then after that you have to install your application software..hope it will work w/ your machine..

check your connection especially the scsi type cable at the back.it might have bent pin...
