GE Logiq 9 OP Panel LCD Display Problem

I have a problem with GE Logiq 9 OP Panel (touchscreen) LCD display.
There is no image on the display I've reloaded the software, replaced the flat panel and the DVI cable but the problem still presists.
It seems that the PCI Graphics card or flat panel controller (LVDS to TTL converter) is damaged.
Any of them doesn't have GE P/N.
Could anyone supply that kind of parts?

There are 2 types of toch screen depending on the BEP model, give the part number and I will let you know.

There is possibility that back light is off/burn out. Are you able to see anything using good flashlight (direct it near edge of LCD )?

I've replaced flat panel and inverter but nothin hapenned there is no power supply to the backlight from the BEP. I need PCI Graphics Card for further dgiagnisis.
