Did anyone faced this problem on Logiq 9( or other ultrasound)?:
The machine switches off from itself and after few seconds switches on.
During the day this problem appears few times or sometimes more often.
I change on it pc power supply from the BEP,after the whole BEP,then AC Distribution block,then board FEPS.But nothing change.Thanks to all

Hi, Chris! It looks external disturbance. Could some USB printer (Minolta, for example, with LOGIQ 5, works good only, via Network connection. Thru USB, makes LOGIQ 5 hangs up) or other device to be connected to the equipment, such as SONY Digital, or PC image capture? I'm sure you have already considered its internal and external UPS's as source of disturbance. If you are researching the equipment on its site, suspect electrical issues from the wall. Many years ago (Voluson 730 BT00), we faced the same challenge, one whole year replacing parts, suspecting even equipment's wheels (absurd, of course). But, afterwards, we found that the build had too many wrong electrical installations. The same equipment was moved to another building and worked great ever since. How is the AC earth ground? hi Marcelo, about logis 9 i have one of this and when i switch on the US star fine, when is ready to do a scan, itself switch off. this occur immediately, dont´t hot. i can not see an error. you believe that this problem is by the licences of the software .

Hi, Ricardo! Good to hear from you. I'm wondering if both equipment, Chris's and yours, are the same lot. Regarding licenses, Ricardo, I don't thik so. Licenses enable features inside the application software. Even without one it is possible to perform basic scans. Now, it seems we have a total different issue. Both are saying equipment turns off, not restart, not hang up. How is this turning off? Does the equipment simply 'drops down' or Windows can do its finishing process? We need to figure out this, first, prior to replacing parts. BEP signals to FEP to start. 'Who' is disturbing who? Please, let us know those details, we continue from there. Take care, God Bless. hi Marcelo I check my us logiq 9 and when it is ready appers in the monitor a blue screen like a screen of windows and appers the following error.
c:\win\system32
process echo loader.exe (964) - "rootwindows" killed.
then the system switch off
i change de hard disk and is the same
any idea.

do you use a voltage regulator? maybe you have a problem with the power line and the system is protecting itself, do a full service and clean all the contacts and make more tests

Chris, make sure the FEPS you used is compatible for that front card cage, there are diferents models, also check the ribbon cable from the FE to the PCIP card.Did you run diagnostics?

I very servic this problem in logiq 9 and vivid 7this error is com just of main bord (moderbord) in BEP.you can befor cheng the moder board you can chck the cpu abd fan.if it is ok you must cheng the main board.
