Greetings: Im working with a GE Logiq F8. This is a brand new equipment(not refurbished) and in different time the system shows a error message "system error please reboot". I performed all diagnostic and all passed. I make sure that the spooler no have any failed transaction and reload the software twice. I swap the HDD by one new and make the software load again. Yesterday, the system no shows any error message, but this morning the customer call me to tell me that the system still the same system error. I cant found a concrete error that could be the cause of the issues. Exist another way to verify the system?

What is the software version of this system? There are a couple versions that had some bugs in them. Have you logged into service and checked the error logs? Email me at iwlsr5@oh.rr.com
