Dear Friends
I was checking a US machine that has the problem of booting,
when switch the machine on on the display monitor appears the message Bios and some numbers, then disppears this and the screen is completelly dark maybe a little blue and nothing else, I suspect fo the HDD but no sure because i also think that the Power suppply is also bad due to i only have the four leds uppermost lit and according to manual i also shoult have the 80 dvc on and it is dark.
any help or suggestions would be appreciated

The Logiq P5 propably does not have a problem with the power supply.I repair a lot of power supply s from P5 but when they are diffective you do not have the 4 leds lit and the P5 is not opening at all or it opens but the 2 last leds is not lit and you do not have echo in the image.I believe you have either a bad HDD or an empty cpu battery.

I think you are rigth, i also suspect the HDD but not a Battery problem as i checked it. do you know if it is possible to get a HDD that fits the machine.?

perform following checks
1) Go into bios and check whether Hard-disk is detected or not.
2) If hard disk is detected then try to re-install the Application Software.
3) If you are unable to install software then there is a possibility of damaged power supply.

Yes you should now the software version and the license key you can obtain from GE.First check inside the P5 if the cd and license are there.
