GE LOGIQ7 M7C problems.

I have a GE Logiq7 BT04 shared service system,everything is working except M7C and M12L, we did reloaded system and application software,and replaced probe conector board,HV b oard,but M7C and M12L still nor working.any on have sume suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help. Sam

I see this trouble once. Run the system diagnostics and check the FEPS Power Supply. Hope this help. Fernando

is your Logiq 7 an Expert or PRO, if it is a PRO will not run "M-Matrix" probes, only Expert systems does it.
