GE Lunar IDXA problem: "Error longitudinal movement."

Hello All
I have a problem with scanner densitometer GE Lunar IDXA.
During total body acquisition the scanner get stuck and appear this message error: "Error longitudinal movement. Movement do not detected.". And the quality assurance dosn't reveal malfunctioning.

I would clean the face of your encoder to start. If that does not resolve your issue you may want to consider replacing the encoder. One other thing to check first is the precision pulleys. They have been known to seize up. They may not cause any issue during the QA, but can fail during scans. If you need any other assistance feel free to reach out to me directly. ben@dexasolutions.com
