I have 2 each GE Case Stress Test Systems where the writer will spit out a blank sheet then will print the data; the left edge of the data is scrunched. The rest of the data and recording is fine. I'm thinking its the writer itself and GE no longer supports this model. Does anyone have an idea as to what is wrong?

Clean the print roller and the page sensor. If neither of these work, it could be the drive motor is on it's way out. With both acting the same way, I'm wondering if the paper isn't the correct type, also.

Thanks Dean,
I have gone into the writer utility and the test print is beautiful. One place uses Kendall paper, and the other place uses Marquette paper. I may give this a try as well (swapping paper)

Hi Mike, There should be a mylar strip on the metal bar inside the writer assembly that the capstan roller sits against when it's in the closed position. If the strip is missing, the CASE can intermittently skip pages & potentially track off center. If the strip exists, replacing it should help. Use part number 2015763-001.
