Does anyone have any solutions for a 4020 error. This error comes up after console boots. Console boots with normal display and selections can be made, but prep and exposure are not possible. Have you checked the CPU on the MPPU? See if you have an error light on the MPPU CPU board. The lights should be green. Also if you need to reset the CPU, you have to remove it from the chassis then remove the battery (will be ty wrapped to board) then short out the terminals of the 3test points protuding from the CPU while the battery is out and with the board removed from the chassis.
If this does not solve the problem, you will need a new CPU.
