I believe it has to due with losing a 100 amp fuse in the contactor assembly. It may also be a board in the forced commutation circuit. I apologize for not remembering, it's been a while since I dealt with that problem. If you can give me until Monday I can dig out the information more thoroughly.
The fuse detector and safety contactor circuit. I have also had a multitude of problems with the fiber optic cable and power supplies, please don't overlook them. If you feel the cables are an issue buy new replacements from Newark, Mouser... rather than rely on used ones. Again, I can give you more information on Monday.
