Dear All,
I have problem in GE Ovation 5 MRI system, the option keys highlight not installed.
I did restore of back up info but didn't resolve the problem.
Shall I do SW load from cold and then do restore of back up?
System is second hand and I believe the NIC didn't replaced.
Please advise!!!
One more question : Does the back up info includes the option keys?

Firstly, you need to make sure the info is for this system. If all the option keys is not available, then the info is not for this host.
Secondly, you can install the option separately using the option CDs/FDs if possible.
Finally, the option key is included in the back-up info.
