Hallo All! I am using a GE Octane which is showing "Can not start" Error in the startup process. In Diagnostic mode it is showing NO SYSTEM PARTITION SET an In Command Windows if any command is entered it shows NO DEFAULT DEVICE AND PATH ON ENVIRONMENT.
Please help me.
Is there something wrong with the internal storage device ?

GE Octane....Are we talking of CT or MRI
What is modality in which u are using Octane? I am sure what u are referring to is SGI processor used with GE Imaging systems.

This sounds like the OC Software has been corrupted. Have you tried reloading software on the system yet?
