I have an GE OEC 9800 C-arm that is giving "Camera Iris Error." Do anyone know what this means, does it need calibration, and if so does it require tools to do that?

Check the Camera Iris for mechanical movements when the machine is off. It it is okay It should work alright.
If not check Iris motor and reference pot. If these are okay you need to check the Fluro functions PCB and calibration.

Yes it could be a wire or on the 9600 the potentiometer could be bad

Very possible a broken wire in HV harness there are spare wires. I am going to send you the manauls

Yes, all it needed was to replace the iris potentiometer and adjust its position accordingly and that resolved the issue.
