Hello Joel,
First thing you NEED to do is backup the Generator Calibration data - if you don't do this, and you don't know how to calibrate the generator or have the service software and cable, then you will HAVE to call in someone to service your C-arm. Do this using the RUS and then RUT program, make sure you have an up to date backup.
What you are going to have to do is first turn the system off. Then hook up a computer monitor to the Single Board Computer in the tower (should be the 3rd board from the left) You will also need to plug a keyboard/mouse PS2 Y splitter into the same board, and only plug a Keyboard in to it. (Taking the little screen thing off that side of the tower helps you get access)
At this point, turn the unit on and let it power up all the way. Now looking at the hooked up monitor, press "m" on your hooked up keyboard. A menu should pop up and then you will press "d". Erase all the nodes by pressing their number and then return. After doing that, press "Esc" then press "m" again and then "p" once again erase all the nodes - there should be an Error that comes up when you do these, that is because you are taking the nodes off line.
After completing this, turn the unit off - and then back on again - watch the left monitor and wait for it to complete rebuilding the nodes... Once it is done, reboot the system again and wait until it boot up all the way, and your C-arm should throw an error about needing calibration. Reload the Calibration data from your backup you made, or recalibrate everything you need to if you want to. Then re-boot it one more time. It might want you to reboot it once more too - but that has only happened to me once.
This is how I reload my nodes without using the RUT Flash method (which doesn't work all the time) - but you still need RUT to reload the calibration data.
thanks, joseph, but this system does not have that option because is the old system, in fact I tryied to do that and the system does not respond, another question I have pictures I taked about the error then I would like to show you for know what kind of problem I have.
