Hi Everybody!
I need your help with that C-arm GE OEC 9800. It had a completly dead 3V bios battery on a Single Board Computer in Workstation, so it couldn't boot and there were 5 arrows on C-arm display.
Now, after changing the battery, and setting the time it starts, but shows the message "connection failed". I guess something wrong with the software, but I can't understand what exactly. The monitors turn on, but just have white background with no information on them.
On the boot monitor while initialization GE OEC Software there are a lot of messages "WS_LOG_Task NU_Open on debug Log file failed". Finaly the boot process stops with the message "Unhalted interrup during task/HISR WS_Init" and the next line is "Stack overflow on/HISR WS_Init"
Please help me to understand what's wrong!
First thing you need to verify that your BIOS settings are correct. If not then you will need to connect external key board and perform the BIOS set up. You need to find the type of CPU and follow the procedure for the CPU. Pentium or Celeron ?
load optimized defaults
standard CMOS features, change primary IDE master to manual
fequency and voltage, CPU Host/PCI Clock change to 100/33/no
CPU Clock Ration x8.5
Everybody, thanks a lot! I've set IDE HDD AUTO DETECTION (Primary Master only) and that have done it. If someony has questions, email me ivanbakhvalov@gmail.com

Hi, having a 9800 oec plus cardiac, celeron motherboard, battery dies, then when a new the 3v battery was replaced and the new bios settings was saved , at boot the c-arm shows 5 arrows, system interface display code 55 and in the vga service port the system stops later a message that says "memory assigned" is showed on screen. Medical 1kx1k monitors shows nothing.
