GE Prodigy problem

Hello Everyone, I have a GE Prodigy with an intermittent error- "scanner Reset". I have check the log but ther is very little information about this error. If you have any feed back it will be greatly appreciated.
I'm also looking for the service password to the latest prodigy software Ver. 11.20.068

Most common problem with the Prodigy is the cables. Check the bulkheads for connectivity, and the voltages to the detector. Bad shorts cause missing voltages in the upper cable bundle.

Short in the bulkheads or short in the wiring going to the detector. Or short in the3 upper cable bundle
