The scanner reset errors could be caused by a number of issues, mostly low voltage related. To narrow down the culprit please send the full error log to us. info@dexasolutions.com
Measure the +5vdc supply on the DMB Detector Motherboard, these systems are know for connector issues and if it measures less than 4.85vdc the cpu chips will not function. Reseat the following connectors J4 on the CSBC, J6 on the DMB and trace the cable off the CSBC back to the where the upper bundle separates from the main harness from CSBC there is sometimes a connector in the cabel track
This is usually caused by the upper bundle cable . To be sure you can move the arm a few feet in any direction as well as unplug bulkhead 1 and 2 , usually the error will clear and computer will communicate with scanner. This error is usually intermittent and almost always is the upper bundle cable. Hope this helps
Assuming you've shut down the box and pc and powered them back on and still getting this. There is a company called Dexa Solutions whom offers free technical support and can help decipher logs and troubleshoot over the phone. (855)-844-3392
this is normally caused by the +5vdc on the DIB/DMB being too low (4.85 vdc or lower) it is normally due to the connectors on the CSBC and the ones going to the DIB/DMB. on the arm that supports the detector left side near the CSBC are several connectors, spray contact cleaner on them and reseat them several times
