Hi Intermittently facing error. Axial scan error. Code: 20-1001-26 error detected by: OGP DAS Trigger of one pulse rotation, between G-Pulse 2, is under specification on axial scan. System warm up normal sometimes complete scan normal. Regards.
There are 2 G-Pulse boards on Gantry, check renewal parts document (2244774) to find them on page no. 91 (1-9). Check cables from G-pulse board to other parts, and clear photo switches. You can swap the G-pulse1 and G-Pulse2 to check.
I think no problem with Axial motor Encoder. Clear the slip ring, brush and check the fuses on brush.
The potential causes will be G-Pulse2, Axial Motor Enconder or interface between this encoder and OGP including the slip ring.
First clean and check your slip ring and brushes. 10 signal slip rings are equipped on the slip ring frame; 7 & 8 are for DAS trigger signal...check and clean them, check for signal brush contact using ring service tool and oscilloscope.
