Dear my friends,
My customer has a service problem with one GE Prospeed Plus CT.
Service engineer has installed new Varian Tube to the GE Prospeed Plus CT and it turned out , that the CT itself is working .
Then Slip ring is damaged and this leads to errors and in this case the CT can’t be used .
In order to fix this problem , engineer needs something specific : floppy disc for the “MAINT” menu of the CT . Using this menu he should be able to solve this issue , but he can’t access this menu without the disc .
1. I would like to ask you can you provide us with such a disc ? Perhaps you can send us an image of such disc …
2. Can you offer us a new Slip ring for GE Prospeed Plus ?
3. If you have service manual or any other service documentation for GE Prospeed Plus – please send it to me .

Possibly what version of software is he running. i have many service disk does he know what program.
