From JEDI Error Codes:
Potential cause:
1. System
2. System-Generator cable
3. I/F board: exposure line stuck to the active state
Recommended action/ Troubleshooting guide:
- Retry, changing parameters and duration
- Disconnect system-Generator cable in different
places and check exposure command line voltage
60-802 : Exposure backup time exceeded - the exposure command lasted longer than the duration that was loaded by the system (Backup time +5%)
Potential Causes:
1. Exposure command line stuck in an active state
2. PPC kV Control Board
Troubleshooting:
1. Reset and retry after changing parameters and duration.
2. If error persists, replace kV Control board.
You indicated in a previous answer this is occurring even when AEC is not selected. As such, I would highly recommend you order, replace, and reload all firmware to the kV Control board. You cold also try replacing the kV Control Board NVRAM and reloading all firmware.
Hope you have a good backup of the system available.

Exposure backup time exceeded > but all exposures are manual.
Occurs about 1-2/week.
Repeat needed> following exposure>ok, no error.
Thank you.

Hi Venge,
thanks for the info...
have you seen this error before?
It's odd because AEC is not selected, and the error is about backup time exceeded.
