The head tube crane can be move freely under power on condition Longitudinally and transversely on Ge proteus ceiling unit. The long and trans buttons do not function but everything else is ok. I checked the OTS handle assembly board and its switches. They are ok. what could be the problem? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.
Not sure I understand the problem correctly. If the Long. and Lat. locks do not turn "on" when they should but all other functions are O.K. (Vert., Angulation, etc.) then check the 24 Volt power supply (just behind the big Spring drum assembly for the verticle motion) and the power line that feeds it. The connections to the circuit board are via a modified fuse and ring terminal. Tightened the fuse assembly for better connedction in the fuse holder. All this is in the hanger carriage.
Thank you for reply! The long and lat. brakes locks only when push the Tube Angulation Lock Release button to turn the tube to the wall stand. All voltages and fuses are ok including 24 volt.
Dear John Thank your for your concern. The trouble was solved. Your prediction is correct. The 5 volt was not exist on the long and lat control switches of the OTS board.

Seen this a couple of times. Check the power supply in the OTS.
